SolarEdge 3PH Inverter, 40kW for 277/480V grid, MC4, DC SPD

This SolarEdge 3PH Inverter, 40kW is suitable for 277/480V grid. The connectors are MC4 and there is a Surge Protection Device (SPD) on the DC side. Integrated are two RS485 ports and an Ethernet connection. Wi-Fi is also possible, but requires a separate antenna. SetApp can then be used to configure and monitor the inverter.
Security
There are standard security features present in this inverter. Leakage detection prevents electrocution. Leakage currents always occur to some extent, but once a person comes into contact with them, the consequences can be disastrous. The protection ensures that the system shuts down within 20 to 40ms. Arc protection engages as soon as the system detects potentially dangerous arcs. This prevents damage or, in worse cases, fire. On the DC side, an SPD is present. This element protects the system from overvoltage due to lightning strikes.
