GROWATT MIC 1000TL-X

The Growatt MIC 1000TL-X is a lightweight and compact residential inverter. The maximum DC voltage is 500V, a starting voltage of 50V and a rated voltage of 180V. There is one MPPT present with a maximum input of 13A. Safety is an important aspect, partly due to various safeguards. These include a DC switch, surge protection and, for example, the option of AFCI protection. Lightweight and compact At only 6kg, this is a very light inverter, which is also small in size. This makes the inverter easy to install by one person, saving time and cost. Security and reliability The Growatt MIC 1000TL-X has several security features. For example, there is protection in place that prevents current on the DC side from suddenly flowing in the opposite direction. Furthermore, there is a switch on the DC side and surge protection on both DC and AC sides. AFCI, or Arc Fault Circuit Interruptor, is optional. Another aspect that contributes to safety is that cooling is via natural convection rather than mechanical cooling. As a result, there are fewer moving parts. As the number of moving parts increases, reliability will decrease, with more risk of failure.
