You can return your order up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is in your account within 5 days of receiving the return. The cost of the return is for the buyer.
Please enter your order number and the reason for your return on the contact form. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned items must be unused. They must be in the same condition in which we shipped them to you and in their original packaging. If the condition in which the product was returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
Discounted items (if applicable).
Only normally priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
